Recent BC PNP draws invites Entrepreneurs, Skilled Workers and Graduates
Good news ushers in as the Canadian province of British Columbia invites 356 prospective candidates in the recent draws conducted by one of the most popular and widely acclaimed Canada PNP (Provincial Nominee Program known as BC PNP. Conducted in 2019, these draws have gone ahead and invited applicants from the following categories and streams of (Skills Immigration) Skilled Worker, SI International Graduate, SI Entry level and Semi-Skilled Worker. Through their Express entry stream, the province of British Columbia has also invited candidates who belonged to the Skilled Worker and International Graduate categories.
Apart from these categories an additional category that caters to applicants who are looking to migrate to Canada as permanent residents, is the Entrepreneur Immigration stream. All of these candidates who were nominated under the BC Provincial Nominee Program Express Entry (EE) categories need a profile which was created under the Canada express entry system. This system of express entry manages applicants who have applied under three of these following federal programs namely the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and the Canadian Experience Class.
The BC PNP apart from other streams operates in connection with the Canada federal Express entry system that permits eligible applicants with in demand jobs of the Canadian province they are applying for become permanent residents of Canada. Two of the categories in the recent draws belonged to the EE BC Skilled Worker category that enables you to immigrate as long as you meet the eligibility requirements of any one of the three federal express entry programs, have a NOC level 0, A or B occupation as well as at least two to three years of relevant work experience.
The Express Entry BC PNP International graduate category requires that you are graduated from a university or college in the province, meet the language competency test scores, and are qualified under of the EE programs.
All of the applicants who are invited via the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled, Skilled Worker and International Graduates streams must be registered under the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS). This is a point-based system wherein candidates are granted points based on the multiple factors of education, work experience and language proficiency in French or English.
